The Templates
The genasi templates below are made for D&D 3.5 edition and/or Pathfinder 1st edition. They may be applied to any corporeal creature with an Intelligence score of 4 or higher (referred to hereafter as the "base creature”). The base creature is considered a native outsider. It uses all of the creature's normal statistics except as noted below.
Genasi cast their spell-like abilities as sorcerers of their class level.

Air Genasi
"Air genasi” is an inherited template that can be added to any humanoid or monstrous humanoid that is size Small, Medium, or Large (referred to as the base creature). An air genasi uses all the base creature's statistics and special abilities except as noted here.
Level Adjustment / CR
Same as the base creature +1.
Type
The creature acquires the native outsider type.
Abilities
Adjust the air genasi's abilities as follows: +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, -2 Wisdom
Special Qualities
The air genasi gains Electricity Resistance 10.
Spell-Like Abilities
The air genasi can cast Levitate once per day.
Speed
Add +10 to the base speed of the air genasi.
Skills
The air genasi has a +2 racial skill bonus to Balance and Tumble checks.
Vision
The air genasi has darkvision up to 60 feet.
Restriction
Air genasi will not be accepted as followers by gods of earth.
Earth Genasi
"Earth genasi” is an inherited template that can be added to any humanoid or monstrous humanoid that is size Small, Medium, or Large (referred to as the base creature). An earth genasi uses all the base creature's statistics and special abilities except as noted here.
Level Adjustment / CR
Same as the base creature +1.
Type
The creature acquires the native outsider type.
Abilities
Adjust the earth genasi's abilities as follows: +2 Strength, +2 Constitution, -2 Dexterity.
Special Qualities
The earth genasi gains Acid Resistance 10.
Spell-Like Abilities
The earth genasi can cast Bull's Strength once per day.
Burrow (Ex)
The earth genasi can burrow through 5 feet of loose or packed earth per round.
Skills
The earth genasi gains Stonecunning (as per the dwarven ability).
Vision
The earth genasi has darkvision up to 60 feet.
Restriction
Earth genasi will not be accepted as followers by gods of air.
Fire Genasi
"Fire genasi” is an inherited template that can be added to any humanoid or monstrous humanoid that is size Small, Medium, or Large (referred to as the base creature). A fire genasi uses all the base creature's statistics and special abilities except as noted here.
Level Adjustment / CR
Same as the base creature +1.
Type
The creature acquires the native outsider type.
Abilities
Adjust the fire genasi's abilities as follows: +2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma, -2 Intelligence.
Special Qualities
The fire genasi gains Fire Resistance 10.
Spell-Like Abilities
The fire genasi can cast Produce Flame once per day.
Ignite (Ex)
The fire genasi can create a spark at will. If the spark is being created on a target or a target's carried belongings, the target can make a Will save to resist (roll Will also for any carried belongings).
Skills
The fire genasi has a +2 racial skill bonus to Crafting checks that involve the use of fire and Intimidate checks.
Vision
The fire genasi has darkvision up to 60 feet.
Restriction
Fire genasi will not be accepted as followers by gods of water.
Water Genasi
"Water genasi” is an inherited template that can be added to any humanoid or monstrous humanoid that is size Small, Medium, or Large (referred to as the base creature). A fire genasi uses all the base creature's statistics and special abilities except as noted here.

Same as the base creature +1.
Type
The creature acquires the native outsider type.
Abilities
Adjust the water genasi's abilities as follows: +2 Dexterity, +2 Wisdom, -2 Constitution.
Special Qualities
The water genasi gains Cold Resistance 10.
Spell-Like Abilities
The water genasi can cast Water Breathing once per day.
Swim (Ex)
The water genasi can swim at a rate of up to 30 feet per round.
Skills
The water genasi has a +2 racial skill bonus to Swim and Tumble checks.
Vision
The water genasi has darkvision up to 60 feet.
Restriction
Water genasi will not be accepted as followers by gods of fire.
